Hi, I'm Kevin — a 28-year-old Singaporean Chinese with a growing passion for cybersecurity and tech. I’m currently pursuing a Diploma in Infocomm Security Management at Singapore Polytechnic, where I’m learning how to protect systems, networks, and data from real-world threats.
During my NS with the Singapore Civil Defence Force (SCDF), I was trusted with maintaining key communications systems — that gave me real hands-on experience in managing critical infrastructure under pressure. Later, during my internship at Equinix, I gained exposure to network troubleshooting and cloud services, and saw first-hand how important security is in every part of IT.
I’m certified in networking fundamentals and Windows server administration, and comfortable with Cisco IOS and network troubleshooting. Whether it’s setting up secure infrastructure or digging into a problem, I enjoy the process of figuring things out and making things work.
